Enviromental Efforts
PointHR has formulated an aggressive carbon management strategy
to reduce our overall Carbon Footprint. Some of the measures PointHR
employs to achieve our carbon reduction goals include investments
in green technology, participation in waste recycling programs, local
sourcing, and energy efficient office equipment.
PointHR is proud of the fact the we recycled more than 12,000 pounds
of paper in 2010 saving over 100 trees in the process. Through contributions
to the The Nature Conservancy,
PointHR has committed to planting more that 1,000 trees in the Brazilian
Atlantic Forrest.
These are just a few way that PointHR Cares for our planet.
PointHR is a supporter of multiple youth sports and volunteer organizations across America. Through SafepointHR.com, PointHR provides discounted screening services to volunteer organizations in an effort to ensure the safety and security of children. To date, PointHR has screened over 100,000 volunteers nationwide.
